Ours is a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach that enables clients to incorporate practical and sustainable well being practices into their lives.
The basis of which all programmes are written is a series of comprehensive postural, movement, health, nutrition and lifestyle assessments. These allow us to get an overall picture of you and design a programme to suit your needs, achieve your goals and fit in with your lifestyle. We regularly reassess you, allowing your programme to progress with you and to provide you with some all important subjective markers of improvement.
The movement element (exercise) of all programmes is based on the principle of functional exercise. Functional exercise simply means that exercise should strive to make you fit for purpose. Whether you are training for a specific sport, or simply trying to get the best out of life, functional exercise prepares you to more successfully perform every day in your given environment - helping you to become ‘functional’ in your environment, or ‘fit for purpose’.
